the dependency ibus (1.5.17 3ubuntu5.2) is also displayed as uninstalled, but there are 4 of them: the dependency libxcb-xtest0 is displayed as uninstalled (no green checkbox) I have the Zoom-required dependencies listed as installed in Synaptic (the list beginning with libglib2, libgstreamer-plugins-base0, etc.), except the following 2: I checked the instructions given in Linux Mint Forum.
deb file with GDebi Package Installer, but the installation keeps failing, giving the message: "Failed to download package files". I did not find this app in Synaptic Package Manager nor in Software Manager, but the Zoom website enabled me to download the package file "zoom_b". Is it possible for me to safety install Zoom, the video conferencing application?
